Colonial Secretary,
Victoria.
Sir,
With reference to my letter of the 1st July, begging Her Majesty's Government to resume Inland lot registered as No 87, with the exception of that portion known as Helen's Bank; I have now the honor to request, on behalf of the Incontors of the late Mr William Stewart, that a separate lease be granted for the said Property named Helen's Bank.
I am unable to state the extent of the ground but believe the Surveyor General is acquainted with the same, as also every other
